The service
HeapCrash offers practice material for embedded and firmware engineering interviews: code-review challenges, fix-it exercises, company prep pages, quizzes, and an AI interviewer and reviewer. It is a practice tool. We don't guarantee interview outcomes or job offers.
Accounts
You sign in with Google or LinkedIn. Keep your account secure and don't share it. HeapCrash is only for people aged 18 or over. Don't create an account if you're under 18.
AI features
AI responses are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important technical points yourself. Don't enter confidential, proprietary or personal information into answers or code.
Free and Pro plans
Free accounts get a limited number of AI sessions each month. HeapCrash Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Razorpay, with a higher monthly AI allowance. It renews automatically until you cancel from your account menu. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each month (India time) and unused sessions don't carry over. We may change prices or allowances with at least 7 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated access, reselling, attempts to get around usage limits, or using the AI features for anything unrelated to interview practice. We may suspend accounts that do.
Company information
Company pages describe skills drawn from public job descriptions and product information. HeapCrash is not affiliated with or endorsed by any company named on the site, and practice questions are original, not real interview questions.
Content
The challenges, explanations and site design belong to us. You keep ownership of what you write; you let us store and process it to run the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
